As the Sports Department, we are thrilled to kick off another exciting term filled with athletic achievements, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re returning to your favorite sport or trying something new, we are here to support our students every step of the way.

Our programs are designed to nurture not only physical fitness but also sportsmanship, resilience, and a sense of community. This term, we have a fantastic lineup of events, including inter-school competitions, training programs, and coaches who are eager to share their expertise.

Remember, sports are about more than just winning; they are about setting goals, striving for improvement, and enjoying the journey. We encourage all students to participate, regardless of skill level, and to embrace the spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie.

At Oshwal, we believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals who excel not only in academics but also in physical fitness and sportsmanship. Engaging in sports activities provides numerous benefits, including improved physical health, enhanced teamwork skills, and the development of resilience and self-discipline.

To help our students fully participate and gain the most from our sports programs, we kindly encourage you to consider providing your child with the necessary sports equipment. This may include items such as:

  • Proper athletic footwear: Ensures safety and enhances performance.
  • Appropriate sports attire: Comfortable and suitable clothing for various sports activities.
  • Specific sports gear: Depending on the sport, items such as rackets for table tennis, or protective gear will be required i.e. Mouth guard and shin guards for hockey.

Investing in quality sports equipment not only promotes a positive and enjoyable experience but also fosters a sense of responsibility and commitment in our young athletes. We understand that this may entail an additional expense, and we appreciate your willingness to support your child’s holistic development.

We are thrilled to inform you that the interclass football competitions are currently underway at school with the year 3,4,5 and 6 taking part in the same during the non-paid activities session. The year 1 and 2 students will take part in the same on Monday during their non-paid activities session.  These competitions are a fantastic opportunity for our students to showcase their football skills, develop teamwork, and enjoy some friendly competition.

As we dive into a new term, we are excited to announce the commencement of our annual swimming gala training and selection sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity for our students to showcase their swimming skills, improve their technique, and prepare for the highly anticipated gala event. Next weeks’ training program will be:
